Women who are battered in the family or by intimate partner may experience syndrome as a result of abuse they exposed to. This has been expressed woman syndrome. The negatively affects daily lives women, and it can also have negative consequences business life for working women. situations such female employee's inability to focus on her job, decrease performance, reveal full potential, often absence emerge From this point view, is understood that violence against women problem life. situation be presented evidence argument will unsuccessful life, especially societies with gender-based role distribution. However, if revealed performance employee workplace caused she to, possible prevent misjudgments.
